Bear Creek Farm, a sustainable grass-fed, grain-finished cattle and hog farm, raises all-natural Angus beef and heritage hogs in a responsible and humane way. We rely on outstanding genetics, humane farming practices, and the love of the land to produce healthy beef and pork without the use of hormones or antibiotics.

Our cattle and hogs are raised on 2000 scenic acres in Thompsons Station, TN and Williamsport, TN in pastoral valleys of rich farmland and gently rolling hills.

Our family has a long history here: we’ve raised cattle and hogs on this land for 30 years and we remain a family business. In 2012, our daughter Paige Alden returned to the farm to run our USDA processing facility Cherry Meat Co.

In 2020, both our sons took leadership positions. Grant McKenzie specializes in business operations and Alex McKenzie in farm operations with an emphasis on animal health and nutrition.
